Man Scams Prostitute Charged With Rape

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24213491/

http://www.pnwlocalnews.com/east_king/bel/news/33133134.html

Compare the two stories above.

In the first story, a man is scammed. In this case he was too stupid to perpetrate the crime of drug dealing. He was (rightfully) charged.

In the second story a woman prostitute is scammed. There was no assault, the woman was simply too stupid to successfully perpetrate the crime of prostitution. Because she was too stupid to perpetrate the crime, a man is charged with rape. He was guilty of impersonation, but not rape… the sex was consensual. The only part that was not consensual was that the man didn’t allow the prostitute to complete the crime that she intended to perpetrate. Also keep in mind, the woman was not charged at all, even though she admitted to committing a crime (solicitation).

Do you think it’s possible that this kind gross discrepancy of justice has anything to do with Female Supremacy?

Drugs and prostitution should both be legal.

They are both pretty good alternatives to today's womyn.

You were almost right, but in this case, since the man threatened arrest to get sex, he did indeed rape her. Since he precipitated the action, we cannot even with certainty know that she was there for prostitution and not one of the many other euphamisms craig's list uses.

If they had agreed on price, had sex, and then he failed to pay, then your situation would be true.

If he had paid her and then tok the money back, as "evidence", he would have been guilty of theft.

Hale,
You must be a Female Supremacist as your argument contradicts itself, and is completely devoid of any logic. If she had NOT ADMITTED to being there for prostitution, he would NOT have been able to pretend he was going to arrest her for it. Preventing a prostitute from committing prostitution by scamming her is scamming... It is NOT rape.

I appreciate your calling attention to the double standard, but I agree with Anon. - drugs and prostitution should be legal. I would never side with a real criminal (someone who actually victimized someone) against people like prostitutes and drug dealers who are earning an honest living - despite the fact that they violate laws based on some arbitrary code of "morality."

FWO,
Flattery will get you no where. The woman may have arrived for massage, or non-sexual escort or companionship and been told by a guy flashing a badge that she was going to jail. Knowing her situation was already morally unsupportable and wanting to protect her reputation she felt coerced into sex, by the threat of force. (police is force). That is rape. It seems clear that the "cop" was not attempting to "prevent anything" but paying for what he wanted, as he did not give the woman a chance to leave without providing any services.

If he simply failed to pay after the fact, citing police priveledge or some such thing, that is a scam. In fact, it isn't even a scam, since that implies an enforceable contract and a contract to perform illegal activities is not legally enforceable. It is just free sex. That is why there are pimps to enforce the "contracts" on the streets.

Without proof that she was there for prostitution and had agreed to a sex for hire arrangement with that man, she was indeed raped.

We don't really know that she admitted she was there for prostitution, you are guessing that it is so. The "cop" may have (like you) jumped the gun and assumed she was a prostitute because she showed up.

Hale,
Again, contrary to Female Supremacists “logic”, repeating a lie over and over won’t make it true... Lies can not stand up against facts, logic, truth and observation.

According to your “logic” the drug dealer in the first story who’s drugs were stolen was a victim of robbery… Not so, he was simply prevented from committing the crime of drug dealing.

If the prostitute had arrived for a simple massage, she would have had nothing to fear because massage is not illegal. She advertised prostitution on Craigs List, and admitted to the scammer that she was there for prostitution. That was a PREREQUISITE for the scam to even be possible in the first place. These are simply the facts of the case. Logic and common sense dictate that tricking someone (scamming) is NOT the same as force (Rape).

Please try to spend some time actually reading the related stories to the post, and thinking about your comments before you post them.

Things like this should make men wake up. Instead men whine about how women are acting stupid. Rather than realize you were never free to begin with, say the hell with western women, and regaining your freedom.

Most men like being manginas. You can't save someone that wants to be a slave.

Reality,
That's the goal... wake as many men as possible.
